Private AI for Business

Legal workflow / M&A due diligence

M&A due diligence is an index and open question file, not a data room dump.

We build private workflows that organize data room indexes, document maps, issue logs, and review packs for transaction due diligence. The workflow prepares the record; the transaction team owns the analysis and the parties own the deal.

Where due diligence time goes

The material exists, but the map takes time.

The recurring work is turning a large document set into a reviewable index with questions, owners, and answers.

01 / MAP

Map the data room

Organize the document index, source links, and coverage by workstream or diligence area.

02 / ISSUES

Keep the issue log

Track findings, questions, responses, owners, and materiality for the transaction team.

03 / REVIEW

Prepare the diligence pack

Assemble the current map, open questions, and source references into a review pack.

The diligence boundary

The system organizes the file. It does not conclude the diligence.

TEAM

Analysis stays professional

Legal, financial, tax, and technical conclusions remain with the qualified advisers.

DEAL

Parties own the transaction

The workflow does not negotiate, commit, or approve the deal.

ACCESS

Transaction material stays scoped

Data room, confidential, and deal records are separated by permission and reviewed before they enter.

A first diligence workflow

Start with one workstream and one issue log.

Choose the workstream

Pick the diligence area, such as contracts, employment, IP, or corporate records, the team reviews most.

Map the documents

Index the data room material, source links, and owners for the workstream.

Track the issues

Prepare the issue log with questions, responses, owners, and status.

Build the review pack

Assemble the current map and open questions for the responsible adviser.

Due diligence is stronger when every finding has a document and every question has an owner.

Why trust Pristine3D?

We build and operate production software.

Pristine3D Ltd builds and operates live digital products, and we run private AI workflows internally as part of our own operations. We scope around your real workflow: the documents you own, the questions your team asks, and the access boundary you approve. Based in Lagos, Nigeria, we work remotely with clients worldwide.

METHOD

We start with the actual workflow

One input, one output, one test set, and one person who owns the result. We scope a real workflow instead of a transformation programme.

OWNERSHIP

The boundary stays visible

Cloud, model, storage, and messaging accounts stay in your name. The chosen data path, access rules, test record, documentation, and training are part of the agreed scope.

Pricing / fixed scope

Know the starting numbers before you ask.

The final quote follows the workflow. Infrastructure and model bills stay on your accounts.

Annual support

Starting from
$3,000 / ₦1.5m
per year

Standard care for one delivered workflow. Optional. Larger deployments and active monitoring are separately scoped.

Straight answers

Common questions.

Does this conclude whether the deal should proceed?

No. It prepares the map and issue log. Diligence conclusions and deal decisions stay with the advisers and parties.

Can it access the seller's data room automatically?

Only where scoped and approved. Source access, credentials, and confidentiality are agreed before material enters.

How is this different from the in-house legal page?

That page covers the in-house queue. This page is transaction specific: data room mapping, issue logs, and diligence packs.

Own your knowledge base

The model is not the product. The knowledge base is.

Documents, the retrieval index, access rules, and the workflows built around them are the asset, and they compound. We deploy so the knowledge base stays yours: on your accounts, in the environment you choose, under access rules your team defines. The model behind the answers is a connector, so the knowledge base moves with you, not with a vendor.

THE ASSET

Your corpus, your index

The document store, metadata, and retrieval setup live on accounts you own. No vendor holds the corpus.

THE LOCK-IN

Models are swappable parts

Change the model provider, move regions, or go local without rebuilding the knowledge base or the workflow.

THE ALPHA

The knowledge base is the alpha

Every improvement to the corpus improves the answers, and the improvement stays with you, not with a vendor.
