Can access be separated by matter or team?
Yes, when the workflow requires it. Users, teams, matters, and sources can be kept in separate permission groups.
What happens to client data?
The system lives in infrastructure the firm controls, with a disclosed data path. Client matter data is not sent to public training pipelines.
