Private AI for Business

Compliance / evidence, controls, and review packs

Compliance work is evidence work, not just policy writing.

We build private workflows that map obligations to evidence, prepare control checks, and assemble review packs from approved policies, records, and correspondence. The compliance officer decides what is sufficient and what happens next.

Where compliance time disappears

The obligation is only as good as the evidence.

A large share of the work is matching requirements to records, finding gaps, and preparing the answer for an auditor, regulator, or internal review.

01 / OBLIGATION

Map the requirement

Organize policies, notices, and obligations into a register with the source and the evidence that supports it.

02 / CONTROL

Check the evidence

Prepare the control test, collect the records, and surface missing or stale evidence for the owner.

03 / REVIEW

Assemble the pack

Turn the register, evidence, and open items into a review pack for an auditor, board, or internal owner.

The compliance boundary

The system prepares the evidence. It does not declare compliance.

SOURCE

Start with approved records

Policies, notices, logs, training records, and correspondence remain connected to the obligation they support.

OWNER

The officer validates

The workflow flags gaps and prepares drafts. The compliance officer decides whether the evidence is sufficient.

ACTION

No automatic filings

Regulator submissions, attestations, and corrective actions require explicit human approval and a documented route.

A first compliance workflow

Start with one obligation family.

Choose the obligation

Pick a policy, notice, registration, training, or reporting requirement with a clear owner and evidence set.

Register the evidence

List the records that support it, the update cycle, and the people responsible for each item.

Run the control test

Check current evidence against the requirement and review the missing, stale, or uncertain items.

Build the review pack

Prepare the summary, evidence index, and open questions for the person or committee that decides.

A compliance pack is easier to defend when the obligation, evidence, and owner are one record.

Why trust Pristine3D?

We build and operate production software.

Pristine3D Ltd builds and operates live digital products, and we run private AI workflows internally as part of our own operations. We scope around your real workflow: the documents you own, the questions your team asks, and the access boundary you approve. Based in Lagos, Nigeria, we work remotely with clients worldwide.

METHOD

We start with the actual workflow

One input, one output, one test set, and one person who owns the result. We scope a real workflow instead of a transformation programme.

OWNERSHIP

The boundary stays visible

Cloud, model, storage, and messaging accounts stay in your name. The chosen data path, access rules, test record, documentation, and training are part of the agreed scope.

Pricing / fixed scope

Straight answers

Common questions.

Can it file compliance returns?

No. It can prepare the evidence pack and checklist that support a filing, but the submission and responsibility stay with the compliance owner.

Does it decide whether we are compliant?

No. It organizes evidence and flags gaps. The compliance officer and the client's advisers make the compliance judgment.

What is a good first workflow?

One obligation family with visible evidence, such as training records, policy acknowledgements, registration returns, or incident follow-ups.

Own your knowledge base

The model is not the product. The knowledge base is.

Documents, the retrieval index, access rules, and the workflows built around them are the asset, and they compound. We deploy so the knowledge base stays yours: on your accounts, in the environment you choose, under access rules your team defines. The model behind the answers is a connector, so the knowledge base moves with you, not with a vendor.

THE ASSET

Your corpus, your index

The document store, metadata, and retrieval setup live on accounts you own. No vendor holds the corpus.

THE LOCK-IN

Models are swappable parts

Change the model provider, move regions, or go local without rebuilding the knowledge base or the workflow.

THE ALPHA

The knowledge base is the alpha

Every improvement to the corpus improves the answers, and the improvement stays with you, not with a vendor.
