Private AI for Business

Finance leadership / close, variance, and board pack

The CFO's week is full of work that is not financial judgment.

We deploy private workflows that prepare the close, compare actuals with budget, draft board notes, and organize approval packs from the records you own. The CFO still decides what the numbers mean and what gets approved.

Where the CFO's time goes

The judgment is only part of the month.

The rest is collecting figures, checking for changes, and shaping them into a pack someone else can review.

01 / CLOSE

Prepare the month-end pack

Pull trial balances, journals, working papers, and prior notes into one current close review.

02 / VARIANCE

Explain the movement

Compare actuals with budget and prior periods, surface the largest changes, and list the open questions for the team.

03 / BOARD

Draft the review pack

Combine approved figures, commentary, prior decisions, and follow-ups into a board-ready document.

The finance boundary

The system prepares evidence. The CFO owns the number.

SOURCE

Keep the ledger authoritative

The system works from approved exports and files; it does not replace the accounting system or invent balances.

ACCESS

Separate the sensitive records

Actuals, salary data, forecasts, audit drafts, and board material can stay in separate permission groups.

DECISION

Approvals stay financial

No ERP write, payment, filing, or reporting action happens without the finance owner and an explicit action scope.

A first finance workflow

Pick the artifact the team rebuilds every month.

Name the recurring pack

Choose a close checklist, variance note, board pack, or approval summary with a known owner and deadline.

Connect read-only sources

Use exports or read-only access to the ERP, file store, and reporting sources that already contain the material.

Test against a real month

Compare the prepared pack with what the team actually approved and fix gaps, stale figures, or missing context.

Hand over the run

Document the sources, permission groups, approval route, and the person responsible for each figure.

Finance automation should remove the assembly, never the judgment behind the number.

Why trust Pristine3D?

We build and operate production software.

Pristine3D Ltd builds and operates live digital products, and we run private AI workflows internally as part of our own operations. We scope around your real workflow: the documents you own, the questions your team asks, and the access boundary you approve. Based in Lagos, Nigeria, we work remotely with clients worldwide.

METHOD

We start with the actual workflow

One input, one output, one test set, and one person who owns the result. We scope a real workflow instead of a transformation programme.

OWNERSHIP

The boundary stays visible

Cloud, model, storage, and messaging accounts stay in your name. The chosen data path, access rules, test record, documentation, and training are part of the agreed scope.

Pricing / fixed scope

Know the starting numbers before you ask.

The final quote follows the workflow. Infrastructure and model bills stay on your accounts.

Straight answers

Common questions.

Can it file tax or statutory returns?

No. It can prepare the working papers and checklists that support filing, but the filing decision and responsibility stay with the finance owner and the client's advisers.

Can it write to our ERP?

The first workflow is read-only or draft-only. Writes require explicit scope, permissions, and testing before any system change.

How is this different from the finance operations page?

That page covers the finance function's shared workflows. This page is the CFO's own recurring pack: close, variance, board, and approval material.

Own your knowledge base

The model is not the product. The knowledge base is.

Documents, the retrieval index, access rules, and the workflows built around them are the asset, and they compound. We deploy so the knowledge base stays yours: on your accounts, in the environment you choose, under access rules your team defines. The model behind the answers is a connector, so the knowledge base moves with you, not with a vendor.

THE ASSET

Your corpus, your index

The document store, metadata, and retrieval setup live on accounts you own. No vendor holds the corpus.

THE LOCK-IN

Models are swappable parts

Change the model provider, move regions, or go local without rebuilding the knowledge base or the workflow.

THE ALPHA

The knowledge base is the alpha

Every improvement to the corpus improves the answers, and the improvement stays with you, not with a vendor.
