Private AI for Business

Insurance workflow / claims review

A claim is a file, and the file is scattered.

We build private workflows that assemble the policy, claim notice, correspondence, evidence, and timeline into a review pack for the claims owner. The workflow prepares the record; the insurer and adjuster own the coverage decision.

Where claim review loses time

The decision waits on the missing page.

The recurring work is collecting the right policy sections, notices, evidence, and dates before a reviewer can decide.

01 / POLICY

Connect the policy terms

Prepare the relevant cover, limits, conditions, exclusions, and notification language for review.

02 / FILE

Assemble the claim evidence

Organize notice, correspondence, loss details, photographs, reports, and third-party records.

03 / REVIEW

Prepare the decision pack

Build a timeline, open questions, and the evidence index the claims owner needs.

The claims boundary

The system prepares the file. It does not decide the claim.

DECISION

Coverage stays professional

Whether a loss is covered, payable, or excluded remains with the insurer, adjuster, and policy terms.

PAYMENT

No automatic payout

Reserving, settlement, and payment remain explicit human and business decisions.

SOURCE

Keep the evidence attached

Every item in the review pack is linked to the policy version, notice, report, or record that produced it.

A first claims workflow

Start with one claim type and one review pack.

Choose the claim type

Pick motor, property, health, liability, or another line with a known evidence set.

Define the pack

List the policy sections, notices, evidence, and timeline fields the reviewer needs.

Test against closed claims

Compare the prepared pack with completed files and fix missing, stale, or misplaced items.

Hand over the review

Deliver the claim pack, source links, and open questions to the responsible claims owner.

A claim review is faster when the policy, notice, and evidence are one readable file.

Why trust Pristine3D?

We build and operate production software.

Pristine3D Ltd builds and operates live digital products, and we run private AI workflows internally as part of our own operations. We scope around your real workflow: the documents you own, the questions your team asks, and the access boundary you approve. Based in Lagos, Nigeria, we work remotely with clients worldwide.

METHOD

We start with the actual workflow

One input, one output, one test set, and one person who owns the result. We scope a real workflow instead of a transformation programme.

OWNERSHIP

The boundary stays visible

Cloud, model, storage, and messaging accounts stay in your name. The chosen data path, access rules, test record, documentation, and training are part of the agreed scope.

Pricing / fixed scope

Know the starting numbers before you ask.

The final quote follows the workflow. Infrastructure and model bills stay on your accounts.

Annual support

Starting from
$3,000 / ₦1.5m
per year

Standard care for one delivered workflow. Optional. Larger deployments and active monitoring are separately scoped.

Straight answers

Common questions.

Does this decide whether a claim is covered?

No. It assembles and organizes the file. Coverage and settlement decisions stay with the insurer and adjuster.

Can it read claim evidence formats?

Yes, where OCR and file handling are scoped. Images, scans, reports, and correspondence are tested against the actual claim types.

How is this different from the insurance policy wording page?

That page reviews wording at the product level. This page is the operational claim file: policy context, evidence, and timeline for a specific review.

Own your knowledge base

The model is not the product. The knowledge base is.

Documents, the retrieval index, access rules, and the workflows built around them are the asset, and they compound. We deploy so the knowledge base stays yours: on your accounts, in the environment you choose, under access rules your team defines. The model behind the answers is a connector, so the knowledge base moves with you, not with a vendor.

THE ASSET

Your corpus, your index

The document store, metadata, and retrieval setup live on accounts you own. No vendor holds the corpus.

THE LOCK-IN

Models are swappable parts

Change the model provider, move regions, or go local without rebuilding the knowledge base or the workflow.

THE ALPHA

The knowledge base is the alpha

Every improvement to the corpus improves the answers, and the improvement stays with you, not with a vendor.
