Private AI for Business

Financial planning / client reviews

A planning review is a goals and assumptions pack, not a blank meeting.

We build private workflows that prepare planning meeting packs, goal records, cash flow inputs, assumptions, and action items for the planner to complete. The workflow organizes the material; the qualified planner owns the analysis and recommendation.

Where planning prep goes

The client story is rebuilt for every review.

Goals, income, spending, assets, and assumptions change between meetings. The planner needs the current story without re-entering everything.

01 / GOALS

Keep the goal record

Organize client goals, priorities, timeframes, and status from the firm's approved client notes.

02 / INPUTS

Prepare the planning inputs

Assemble income, spending, assets, liabilities, and assumptions for the planner's review.

03 / MEETING

Build the review pack

Prepare the agenda, current position, changes, open questions, and action items for the client meeting.

The planning boundary

The system prepares the pack. It does not build the plan.

PLANNER

Analysis stays qualified

The workflow drafts from records. Projections, suitability, and recommendations stay with the qualified planner.

CLIENT

Goals belong to the client

The workflow records the client's stated goals and inputs; it does not invent or override them.

ASSUMPTION

Assumptions stay visible

Every draft shows which inputs, assumptions, and source records were used.

A first planning review workflow

Start with the review the planner holds most.

Choose the review

Pick the annual planning review, new client meeting, or goals update the planner runs.

Map the client inputs

List goals, income, spending, assets, liabilities, and assumptions from approved records.

Prepare the meeting pack

Assemble the agenda, current position, changes, and open questions for the planner.

Capture the actions

Record decisions, follow-ups, and owners after the review for the next meeting.

A planning review is stronger when the client story and the planner's assumptions are easy to check.

Why trust Pristine3D?

We build and operate production software.

Pristine3D Ltd builds and operates live digital products, and we run private AI workflows internally as part of our own operations. We scope around your real workflow: the documents you own, the questions your team asks, and the access boundary you approve. Based in Lagos, Nigeria, we work remotely with clients worldwide.

METHOD

We start with the actual workflow

One input, one output, one test set, and one person who owns the result. We scope a real workflow instead of a transformation programme.

OWNERSHIP

The boundary stays visible

Cloud, model, storage, and messaging accounts stay in your name. The chosen data path, access rules, test record, documentation, and training are part of the agreed scope.

Pricing / fixed scope

Straight answers

Common questions.

Does this create a financial plan?

No. It prepares the inputs and meeting pack. Planning analysis and recommendations stay with the qualified planner.

Can it set client goals automatically?

No. Goals and priorities come from the client and the planner, recorded in the firm's approved notes.

How is this different from adviser client reports?

That page covers periodic client reporting. This page is the planning review cycle: goals, inputs, assumptions, and meeting actions.

Own your knowledge base

The model is not the product. The knowledge base is.

Documents, the retrieval index, access rules, and the workflows built around them are the asset, and they compound. We deploy so the knowledge base stays yours: on your accounts, in the environment you choose, under access rules your team defines. The model behind the answers is a connector, so the knowledge base moves with you, not with a vendor.

THE ASSET

Your corpus, your index

The document store, metadata, and retrieval setup live on accounts you own. No vendor holds the corpus.

THE LOCK-IN

Models are swappable parts

Change the model provider, move regions, or go local without rebuilding the knowledge base or the workflow.

THE ALPHA

The knowledge base is the alpha

Every improvement to the corpus improves the answers, and the improvement stays with you, not with a vendor.
