Private AI for Business

Sales operations / account preparation

The rep should start with the account, not the search tab.

We connect approved public and private sources to a sales workflow that prepares account briefs, meeting questions, follow-up drafts, and CRM updates for review. It supports the rep; it does not send unreviewed outreach.

The preparation loop

Research should support the conversation.

A sales workflow earns its place when it returns a useful artifact before the rep needs it, with enough evidence to challenge the draft.

01 / ACCOUNT

Build the brief

Bring together the approved company context, recent public signals, internal history, and the question the rep needs answered.

02 / MEETING

Prepare the useful questions

Turn the brief into a short agenda, open questions, risks, and relevant proof instead of another long research dump.

03 / FOLLOW-UP

Draft the next move

Prepare a follow-up or CRM note with the source and the rep's corrections still visible before it is sent or saved.

Trust in the sales record

Fast is not permission to invent.

PUBLIC

Use current evidence

Public company pages, announcements, filings, and approved research can be timestamped and linked.

PRIVATE

Respect account context

Notes, proposals, and CRM history need client-owned access and a clear scope between accounts or teams.

REVIEW

Keep the rep in charge

The rep verifies the brief, corrects the source, and approves any outreach or record update.

A practical first pilot

One account workflow is enough to learn.

Name the account set

Choose the companies, source families, CRM fields, and meeting output that matter to the team.

Build the research pass

Collect, normalize, timestamp, and cite the evidence without sending messages or changing records.

Test against real questions

Review unsupported claims, stale sources, missing context, and the difference between a signal and a conclusion.

Add the approved draft

Connect a narrow follow-up or CRM draft only after the team trusts the evidence and correction loop.

The useful sales assistant is not the one that talks the most. It is the one that lets the rep enter the conversation with the right evidence.

Why trust Pristine3D?

We build and operate production software.

Pristine3D Ltd builds and operates live digital products, and we run private AI workflows internally as part of our own operations. We scope around your real workflow: the documents you own, the questions your team asks, and the access boundary you approve. Based in Lagos, Nigeria, we work remotely with clients worldwide.

METHOD

We start with the actual workflow

One input, one output, one test set, and one person who owns the result. We scope a real workflow instead of a transformation programme.

OWNERSHIP

The boundary stays visible

Cloud, model, storage, and messaging accounts stay in your name. The chosen data path, access rules, test record, documentation, and training are part of the agreed scope.

Straight answers

Common questions.

Can it send outreach automatically?

Not by default. The safer pilot prepares a sourced draft and leaves the rep to review and send. An action workflow needs a separate scope and approval design.

Can it update our CRM?

It can prepare CRM drafts or connect to an approved field update after testing. The client owns the account, permissions, and final record policy.

Is this a lead-scoring system?

It can organize evidence and questions, but it should not present an unverified model score as a sales decision. The page is about preparation and workflow, not guaranteed pipeline.

Own your knowledge base

The model is not the product. The knowledge base is.

Documents, the retrieval index, access rules, and the workflows built around them are the asset, and they compound. We deploy so the knowledge base stays yours: on your accounts, in the environment you choose, under access rules your team defines. The model behind the answers is a connector, so the knowledge base moves with you, not with a vendor.

THE ASSET

Your corpus, your index

The document store, metadata, and retrieval setup live on accounts you own. No vendor holds the corpus.

THE LOCK-IN

Models are swappable parts

Change the model provider, move regions, or go local without rebuilding the knowledge base or the workflow.

THE ALPHA

The knowledge base is the alpha

Every improvement to the corpus improves the answers, and the improvement stays with you, not with a vendor.
