Drafting workflow / precedent and evidence

The next proposal should not start from a blank page.

We connect approved proposals, reports, case material, briefs, and source documents to a drafting workflow that prepares a strong first version. The writer reviews the claims, scope, numbers, and tone before anything goes to a client or partner.

Pattern demonstration / synthetic material

Where drafting time disappears

The blank page is not the only problem.

Teams lose time finding precedent, checking whether claims are supported, and moving approved information into the required format.

01 / PRECEDENT

Find the right example

Search approved proposals, reports, templates, and prior work for the section, proof, or structure that fits.

02 / ASSEMBLE

Build the first version

Combine the brief, source material, required sections, and constraints into a draft the writer can improve.

03 / REVIEW

Expose unsupported claims

Flag missing evidence, stale numbers, scope drift, invented details, and sections that need a subject-matter owner.

The draft is not the decision

Speed is useful when review stays visible.

SOURCE

Use approved precedent

The corpus should contain documents the team is allowed to reuse, with owners and dates that can be checked.

CLAIM

Keep the evidence close

Numbers, capabilities, case facts, and promises should have an internal source or be marked for review.

SCOPE

Protect the quote

The person responsible for delivery confirms what is included, excluded, priced, and actually possible.

A better first draft

Give the model the brief the writer already needs.

Choose the document

Name the proposal, report, memo, response, or recurring artifact and its required sections.

Curate the precedent

Select approved examples, source facts, brand or client rules, exclusions, and the person who reviews the result.

Test the claims

Review unsupported language, stale evidence, scope changes, missing context, and the tone of the output.

Publish through the owner

The writer edits, approves, and sends the draft. The workflow records what source and version produced it.

A useful draft is not the end of expertise. It is the part of the page that lets expertise start sooner.

Why trust Pristine3D?

We build and operate production software.

Pristine3D Ltd builds and operates live digital products, and we run private AI workflows internally as part of our own operations. We scope around your real workflow: the documents you own, the questions your team asks, and the access boundary you approve. Based in Lagos, Nigeria, we work remotely with clients worldwide.

METHOD

We start with the actual workflow

One input, one output, one test set, and one person who owns the result. We scope a real workflow instead of a transformation programme.

OWNERSHIP

The boundary stays visible

Cloud, model, storage, and messaging accounts stay in your name. The chosen data path, access rules, test record, documentation, and training are part of the agreed scope.

Pricing / fixed scope

Know the starting numbers before you ask.

The final quote follows the workflow. Infrastructure and model bills stay on your accounts.

Annual support

Starting from
$3,000 / ₦1.5m
per year

Standard care for one delivered workflow. Optional. Larger deployments and active monitoring are separately scoped.

Straight answers

Common questions.

Can it write the whole proposal?

It can prepare a first draft from an approved brief and precedent. The team reviews facts, scope, price, claims, and client fit before delivery.

Can it use prior client work?

Only approved material with a clear reuse and access boundary. Sensitive or client-specific documents should not enter a general corpus by default.

Can it create reports from spreadsheets?

Yes, when the source, metric definitions, output format, and review owner are defined. Spreadsheet and slide generation can be separate scope items.

Own your knowledge base

The model is not the product. The knowledge base is.

Documents, the retrieval index, access rules, and the workflows built around them are the asset, and they compound. We deploy so the knowledge base stays yours: on your accounts, in the environment you choose, under access rules your team defines. The model behind the answers is a connector, so the knowledge base moves with you, not with a vendor.

THE ASSET

Your corpus, your index

The document store, metadata, and retrieval setup live on accounts you own. No vendor holds the corpus.

THE LOCK-IN

Models are swappable parts

Change the model provider, move regions, or go local without rebuilding the knowledge base or the workflow.

THE ALPHA

The knowledge base is the alpha

Every improvement to the corpus improves the answers, and the improvement stays with you, not with a vendor.
