Private AI for Business

Small team / no IT department

You do not need an IT department to own a useful AI system.

We deploy one workflow on accounts your team can operate, with training, a runbook, and a named owner. The first setup is designed for people who manage their own Gmail, cloud files, and software, not a server room.

Why no IT team changes the setup

The system should need an operator, not an engineer.

A first project should fit the team's real capacity: simple enough to run, clear enough to hand over.

01 / CHOOSE

Pick one recurring task

Start with the customer question, report, invoice, or follow-up the team already repeats every week.

02 / OPERATE

Run it with a runbook

Document login, sources, updates, known limits, and the person responsible for each part.

03 / EXPAND

Grow only after it works

Add sources, users, or integrations after the first workflow has a real owner and visible use.

The operating boundary

Simple to run is not the same as zero maintenance.

OWNER

Name the operator

One person owns the runbook, credentials, updates, and the first escalation question.

SUPPORT

Annual support stays optional

Updates, fixes, and monitoring can remain a support scope when the team wants a dependable outside hand.

HARDWARE

No GPU requirement

Most first workflows run on client cloud accounts with no local hardware to maintain.

A first no-IT workflow

Build the smallest system the team can own.

Choose the workflow

Pick one input, one output, and one owner instead of a multi-system platform.

Configure on client accounts

Set up storage, access, model path, and billing on accounts the company owns.

Train the operator

Walk the owner through daily use, the runbook, and the known limits.

Hand over

Transfer credentials, documentation, and the support option in one review.

The right first AI setup is the one your team can operate after we leave.

Why trust Pristine3D?

We build and operate production software.

Pristine3D Ltd builds and operates live digital products, and we run private AI workflows internally as part of our own operations. We scope around your real workflow: the documents you own, the questions your team asks, and the access boundary you approve. Based in Lagos, Nigeria, we work remotely with clients worldwide.

METHOD

We start with the actual workflow

One input, one output, one test set, and one person who owns the result. We scope a real workflow instead of a transformation programme.

OWNERSHIP

The boundary stays visible

Cloud, model, storage, and messaging accounts stay in your name. The chosen data path, access rules, test record, documentation, and training are part of the agreed scope.

Pricing / fixed scope

The final quote follows the workflow. Infrastructure and model bills stay on your accounts.

Straight answers

Common questions.

Do we need an IT person?

No. The first workflow is scoped for a named operator, not an engineering team. We provide training, a runbook, and client-owned accounts.

Do we need a server or GPU?

No. Most first workflows run on client cloud accounts with a model API path you approve.

Who fixes it after handover?

The runbook covers normal operations. Annual support is available for updates, fixes, monitoring, and model changes.

Own your knowledge base

The model is not the product. The knowledge base is.

Documents, the retrieval index, access rules, and the workflows built around them are the asset, and they compound. We deploy so the knowledge base stays yours: on your accounts, in the environment you choose, under access rules your team defines. The model behind the answers is a connector, so the knowledge base moves with you, not with a vendor.

THE ASSET

Your corpus, your index

The document store, metadata, and retrieval setup live on accounts you own. No vendor holds the corpus.

THE LOCK-IN

Models are swappable parts

Change the model provider, move regions, or go local without rebuilding the knowledge base or the workflow.

THE ALPHA

The knowledge base is the alpha

Every improvement to the corpus improves the answers, and the improvement stays with you, not with a vendor.
